Another month and more drum and bass. American label, Warm Comms dropped two singles in quick succession in the last few weeks from Need For Mirrors and Mako respectively. I didn’t want to like Berner’s street dub at first, but it grew on me and now it’s in every set. Verve has a great groove to it as well. Mako is just on fire these days as well. Some interesting vibes on his single. Check them both out below.

Next up, Washington DC based label, Translation Recordings have just released a brand new EP from Quentin Hiatus. He’s not afraid to go crazy and his tracks are regularly pushing the boundaries of drum and bass. Passive Boycott is my favourite track of the lot.

A new label on my radar is the Guangzhou Underground imprint from Guangdong province in China.
They’re a crew of mixed nationalities united by their love of electronic music and their output to date has been very varied.

Welshman Boston returned to Symmetry Recordings this month to critical acclaim with a brand new single dripping with music and vibes.
