Every month is a busy drum and bass month these days. Here’s my picks from what passed through my inbox in February.

The anonymous label, Blind Music, made it’s first footsteps in 2015 with EP.5. As the name suggests it’s the fifth release so far and they’re almost up to 20 anonymous tunes now. Blnd#15 goes down as my favourite.

The manchester record label, Estate Recordings returned from a brief hibernation with a brand new Skittles EP. It’s his first solo release since his LP in 2012 and comes in the wake of enormous singles with the likes of Dub Phizix, Icicle and Levelz. Hard to pick a favourite from this one. Check out the video and head over to the Estate Bandcamp.

Germany now, and east German “Partyreihe” Boundless Beatz have taken the leap from promoter to label with a brand new EP from up and comer, Dreadmaul. Some heavy, tribal and dark vibes on there. Favourite for me is Shutter.

In my eyes Seba is a man who can simply do no wrong. He terrorised us with his Paradox collaboration a few weeks ago and he’s just dropped Barbarian Sound and Inside Yourself. I can’t get enough of Seba at the moment.

Digital has been blazing a trail for the last year with a mountain of releases on labels like Ingredients, Metalheadz, Horizons and others. He’s topped it all off now though with the return of his label, Function Records. The first release on the returning label comes from Digital and his homie Response and also features the long awaited Dub Phizix bootleg remix, which has been doing the rounds in clubs for a number of years.

Quentin Hiatus also makes a quick start to 2015 with a release on his own label, Free Love Digi. Check that one out below.
